We held our celebration in a lecture hall at the university. The lecturers and students were invited, as well as the people who were interested in new achievements in the field of GIS technologies. There were also some people willing to learn what GIS is and what it deals with. Everything was organized on a high level; everyone was pleased with the event.
One of the highlights of our celebration was a holiday cake and, frankly speaking, it was wonderful. Our students baked and decorated it by themselves.
The party finished with a cheerful disco where the students, teachers, and visitors in an informal atmosphere had a good time, played different games, had a chat. See photos.
