Our 6th annual GIS Day at Olds College was hosted by the GIS program, students, and staff. Events included a map gallery, hands-on displays, and a campus geocache. Gord Gilchrist of Olds College gave a presentation on "Using Spatial Information for International Development Projects." Darcy Falk of Ducks Unlimited gave a presentation on "How GIS tools are used in the Western Boreal Region." We had a large GIS Day cake decorated with the GIS Day logo.
